Comfort at work
Yeah, I'm blogging from work -- but I'm on a break! ;)
I'm wearing my comfy slippers that I keep under my desk. When I have meetings, etc., I change back into my regular shoes. Otherwise, I walk around the office in my (slightly tattered) slippers.
My brain's at work, but my feets are in the living room... :)

I was at work talking to a road engineer at his desk the other day, when he took off his boots, then a thick pair of socks, and was left wearing a thinner pair of socks. He then put on brown leather floppy slippers. Considering he was out in the 85 degree heat over hot pavement for most of the day, I was surprised he didn't choose (much cooler) flip flops. Maybe road engineers are too cool for flip flops. ~ Kristin
